Organizational reputation within the Framework of Total Quality Management: the University of Jordan as a Model

This study aimed to identify the organizational reputation of University Jordan (a model) in context its application total quality management. The sample consisted (350) faculty members at Jordan. also used (questionnaire) tool that it developed is collect data after verifying validity and reliability.
 
 results showed there a high degree achievement for Total Quality Management, which was reflected on reputation, were significant statistically differences level ≤ 0.05) university’s as result principles management, explained by standards variable, starting with In terms (creativity/strength financial position/quality service/social responsibility), criterion attractiveness least effective.
 Among recommendations came: maintaining management more effectively continuous development improvement, working marketing further improve image minds beneficiaries (existing new prospects).
